These terms govern your use of Pomospert. By using the app you agree to them. Last updated July 2026.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Pomospert, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Pomospert is a Pomodoro-style focus timer with task tracking and productivity statistics. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may update or discontinue parts of the service.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Pomospert.
4. Acceptable use
Use Pomospert only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the tasks and data you create in Pomospert. You are responsible for that content and grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you so the service can function.
6. Availability & “as is”
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pomospert and its maker are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
